For over four generations, Garibaldi Fruits has been devoted to the cultivation, processing, and global distribution of premium onions.
In 1930, visionary entrepreneur Vicent Serra began producing and packing onions in La Pobla de Vallbona, Spain. His dedication and drive quickly expanded the business from a local venture to national and international markets.
By 1950, his son-in-law Serafín García took the reins, boosting commercial activity and pioneering the company’s first exports.
In 1974, brothers Serafín and Vicent García carried the family tradition forward. Responding to rapid growth, they built a modern warehouse of over 3,000 m², significantly increasing both export volumes and the number of destination countries.
The year 1994 marked the creation of Garibaldi Fruits by Vicent García, establishing the now well-known brands Garibaldi and Bon Vall, recognized across Europe for outstanding quality. From day one, our mission has been clear: deliver the finest products with exceptional service.
In 1998, Cristina García, Vicent’s daughter, joined the company as the fourth generation, driving exports to nearly every continent. She also expanded into imports and introduced a fully integrated door-to-door logistics service.
Today, we continue to market, export, and import onions worldwide, offering the expertise and know-how of four generations through Garibaldi International Trading born in year 2000. Our commitment to quality and service remains at the heart of everything we do.
Over time, our experience and strong relationships with suppliers and customers have allowed us to expand our product range. Nowadays, although being specialized in onion export, we include other fresh produce such as potatoes, carrots, garlic, and more through Garibaldi International Trading.
